Shizuoka University has campuses in both Shizuoka City and Hamamatsu City. The Hamamatsu Campus houses the Faculty of Informatics, Faculty of Engineering, Graduate School of Integrated Science and Technology (Department of Informatics, Department of Engineering), Graduate School of Science and Technology, and Research Institute of Electronics.
Transportation to Hamamatsu Station
From Tokyo Station, Haneda and Narita Airports
・From Haneda Airport to Shinagawa Station, Approximately 15 minutes by Keikyu Line. All Shinkansen bullet trains stops at Shinagawa Station on the way from Tokyo to Hamamatsu.
・From Narita Airport to Tokyo Station, Approximately one hour by Narita Express.
From Tokyo or Shinagawa Station to Hamamatsu Station by Shinkansen bullet train
・Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by Hikari
・Approximately 2 hours by Kodama
From Nagoya Station, Chubu Centrair Airport
From Chubu Centrair Airport to Nagoya Station
・Approximately 30 miniutes by Meitetsu express
From Nagoya Station to Hamamatsu Station by Shinkansen bullet train

・Approximately 45 minutes by Kodama
Transportation from Hamamatsu Station to Hamamatsu Campus
Board any bus from Bus Stop No. 15 or 16 (bus routes #40 to #48), North Exit Bus Terminal, JR Tokai Hamamatsu Station. Get off at Shizuoka Daigaku (Shizuoka University) Bus Stop.
Approximately 20 minutes. Except for early morning and late night hours, buses depart at least once every 5 minutes.
