Research Interest
My current research examines participants’ management of practical inferences–in particular, those related to membership categories–in interaction from an ethnomethodological and conversation analytic perspective. My previous publications illustrated relationships among membership categorization, humor, and moral order in media communication, such as fictional works and television talk shows.
